What to include
A quote can include:
- Price — the amount you are proposing for the request.
- Payment terms — full payment upfront, deposit, or no upfront payment.
- Proposal — explain what is included.
- Availability note — mention team size, setup needs, travel details, or timing constraints.
- Proposed start and end time — confirm the time window you can deliver.
Editing a quote
You can edit your quote while it is still pending. Once the shopper accepts or declines it, the quote becomes read-only.
If the shopper edits the request after you have quoted, Tobinrin notifies you. Review the changed details before deciding whether to update your quote.
