How matching works
Requests appear when they match your:
- active service categories
- service coverage areas
- relevant location or primary service state
- marketplace access requirements, such as verification or subscription status where applicable
For example, if a shopper posts a braids request in Lagos, your organization needs a relevant hair service/category and Lagos coverage before the request appears.
If no requests appear
Check these first:
- You have at least one active service in the right category.
- Your service coverage includes the request location.
- Your business profile and verification are in good standing.
- The request is still open and has not expired, been cancelled, or already booked.
