Go to /service-specialist/services and choose New service.
Core fields
Every service setup includes:
- title
- delivery type
- category
- description
- price type and price
- duration
Delivery types
Services can be created for different delivery modes, including:
- in-store or physical services
- mobile or home-service bookings
- virtual services
Delivery type affects whether location selection is required and whether meeting-link settings appear.
Pricing options
The editor supports multiple pricing modes, including:
- fixed price
- starting-from price
- free
You can also choose default tax and service-charge selections that work with your payment settings.
Resources and virtual links
Depending on the service type, you can also configure:
- resource requirements for location-based capacity
- virtual link handling for online services
Virtual services can use:
- auto-generated links from a connected platform
- a static meeting link
- manual links added per booking
