Service coverage
Open /service-specialist/settings/business-details?section=service-coverage to manage the areas where your team can travel for home-service bookings.
You can set:
- one primary service area
- additional areas your team can also cover
These areas are used when Tobinrin validates shopper addresses for mobile bookings.
Resources
Open /service-specialist/settings/business-details?section=resources to manage location-specific resources.
Resources can represent things like:
- treatment rooms
- styling chairs
- equipment
- other limited-capacity items that affect availability
Each resource belongs to a location and can be edited, activated, or removed later.
Why both matter
Coverage controls where you are willing to travel.
Resources control how much capacity you actually have once a booking is being scheduled.
