Setting up your public profile

Understand how your business details, locations, services, and media shape what shoppers see.

What shoppers see

Your public provider profile is what shoppers see on /org/{slug} and in the marketplace profile view. It is built from several parts of your account, not from a single “profile setup” form.

Shoppers can see:

  • your business name, verification badge, rating, and bio
  • services grouped by category, with prices and durations
  • gallery photos and location details
  • opening hours, open or closed status, and map directions when coordinates are available
  • reviews and related providers
  1. Update business details

Go to Settings → Business Details to edit the business name, bio, WhatsApp number, website, and social links that support your public presence. You can also control whether your profile is visible.

  2. Add locations and opening hours

Your public profile depends on having at least one location. Add or update them in Settings → Business Details → Locations, including address details, media, and operating hours.

  3. Publish services

Services power the main booking area on your profile. Make sure each service has the right location access, duration, price, and delivery type so shoppers see accurate booking options.

  4. Preview the public view

Open /service-specialist/profile to preview the location cards Tobinrin can show for your business. Selecting a location opens the full public-style profile preview, using the same marketplace profile component shoppers see.
