Where to preview it
Open /service-specialist/profile to preview the public-facing side of your business.
This page is different from My Profile:
- Profile shows your business and location preview
- My Profile shows your personal account details
What the first profile screen shows
The main profile page lists your available business locations as cards. Each card includes the location image, address, rating, and review count.
If your business has no locations yet, the page shows an empty state and sends you to Business Details so you can add one first.
What happens when you open a location
Selecting a location opens the full public-style profile preview at /service-specialist/profile/{organizationId}.
That preview uses the same marketplace profile layout shoppers see for your business, including:
- business name, bio, and verification status
- gallery photos
- services grouped by category
- opening hours and open or closed status
- map and address details when location coordinates exist
- reviews
What to check before sharing your profile
Before you rely on the public profile, confirm that:
- at least one location is fully set up
- the address and hours are correct
- the gallery has real business photos
- services have accurate prices, durations, and delivery types
- your business bio and links are current
