Why verification matters
Verification adds trust to your public profile and confirms both the person behind the business and the business itself. The current verification flow lives at Settings → Business Details → Verification.
Start identity verification first
Press Start Identity Check to launch the Smile ID widget. Tobinrin uses the Smile flow to verify the individual behind the business. If the widget fails to load, try again after your browser finishes loading external scripts.
Wait for the identity result
After you complete the Smile modal, the page moves through statuses like Initiated, Submitted, and then the final result. The verification page refreshes while a step is pending, and you can also use Refresh manually.
Submit business verification
Once identity verification is no longer blocking the flow, complete Step 2 by entering your CAC registration number and selecting your business type. Tobinrin currently submits the business check with Country = NG and business types such as BN, CO, or IT.
Retry if needed
If either step is rejected or errors out, the page shows the reason when one is available and lets you run that step again from the same screen.
