When you accept a marketplace request quote, Tobinrin creates a booking from that proposal.
The quote controls the payment terms:
- Full payment upfront — the full quote amount is due before the booking is fully secured.
- Deposit — the deposit is due now and the remaining balance is due at the appointment.
- No upfront payment — the booking can proceed without an immediate payment, depending on the specialist's terms.
If payment is due, the request detail page shows Pay now until the payment is completed. After payment succeeds, the request status changes to booked and the booking appears in My bookings.
Where to check payment status
Use the request detail page to see whether the accepted request still needs payment. Use My bookings to manage the appointment itself once it has been created.
