Open /shopper/requests and select the request. The detail page shows marketplace activity, reference media, and every quote sent by specialists.
What each quote shows
Each quote can include:
- the specialist name
- the proposed price
- proposal notes
- availability notes
- proposed start and end time
- payment terms, such as full payment upfront, deposit, or no upfront payment
- a message link for asking follow-up questions
Accepted quotes stay at the top. Other quotes are ordered with the newest proposals first.
Accepting or declining
Use Accept quote when you want to move forward with one specialist. Tobinrin creates a booking from the accepted quote and closes the other pending quotes as not selected.
Use Decline when a single quote is not a fit. Declining one quote does not close the full marketplace request.
