What the detail panel shows
Open any booking from /shopper/bookings to see the full detail panel on the right. It's organised into clear sections:
- Cover and status — the provider's cover image, the booking status badge (Confirmed, Pending, Completed, Cancelled, No show, In progress), and the booking reference.
- Actions — Message provider, Get directions, Reschedule, Cancel, Leave a review (once completed).
- Services booked — every service line with duration and price, plus a breakdown of service charges and tax.
- Totals — Line total, Total, and Left to pay at store if any amount is still due in person.
- Payment info — which method was used, how much was paid online, and the last 4 digits of the card if applicable.
- Cancellation policy — the provider's refund rules.
Line totals and service charges
If a service has additional charges (e.g. extra-length hair, add-ons), they appear indented underneath the service name with a running subtotal. Tax is shown separately so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
