What the integrations area controls
Open /service-specialist/settings/integrations. This settings area has two sections:
- Connected Platforms for signing in to supported virtual meeting providers
- Static Meeting Links for storing reusable links you can attach to appointments
Connected platforms
Tobinrin supports meeting-platform connections used in virtual bookings, including:
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- Microsoft Teams
Connecting a platform lets Tobinrin generate meeting links for eligible virtual appointments and makes those platforms available in your booking workflow.
Static meeting links
Use Static Meeting Links when you prefer to reuse a standing room or personal meeting URL instead of generating a fresh link each time.
This is useful when:
- you always host consultations in the same room
- your team uses a permanent class link
- you want a fallback link even when auto-generation is unavailable
Updating a booking later
From the booking detail modal, you can still manage the meeting link on an individual appointment:
- add or replace the current meeting URL
- request a generated link for supported virtual bookings
- keep a manually entered link for exceptions
