Why the first service matters
A service is the unit shoppers actually book. Until you have published at least one service attached to a location, your business cannot appear in the shopper search results.
Open the services page
From the sidebar, go to /service-specialist/services and press New service in the top-right. The editor opens at
/service-specialist/services/new.Name and categorize it
Give the service a clear title (for example "Brazilian Weave Install" or "30-minute facial"), pick a category, and add a short description of what is included. Shoppers read this on your public profile.
Set duration and price
Pick a duration from the dropdown — options start at 5 minutes and go up to 12 hours. Enter the price in ₦. If you plan to charge a deposit or require a card, that is configured later under Settings → Payments.
Choose where it is offered
Select at least one location where the service can be booked. If you only have one location, Tobinrin assigns it automatically. For businesses with multiple locations, you can enable All locations or pick a subset.
Publish it
Save the service. Once you publish it, the service becomes bookable from your public profile and searchable in /shopper/search.
