Self-service delete is not available today
The current shopper reviews experience lets you submit reviews for completed appointments and browse past reviews, but it does not expose a working self-service delete flow in the live reviews UI.
What to do instead
If a review needs to come down:
- contact Tobinrin support with the booking reference
- explain whether the review was posted by mistake or breaks policy
Before you submit future reviews
Because delete is not a normal self-service action today, it is worth pausing to re-read your rating and comment before you press submit.
