When you can review
Tobinrin only accepts reviews for completed appointments. As soon as the provider marks your booking as completed on their end, the appointment moves to your review queue at /shopper/reviews and from the booking detail in My bookings.
Open the review screen
Go to /shopper/reviews. Unreviewed completed bookings appear at the top under your past reviews, with the rating picker and comment box directly on each card.
Pick a star rating
Choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars. This is required.
Add an optional comment
Write up to 2,000 characters describing what went well or what could be improved. The field is optional — a star rating alone is enough.
Submit
Press Submit. Your review appears on the provider's public profile and contributes to their overall star average.
You can also leave the same review from the completed booking itself in My bookings.
Writing a helpful review
A useful review mentions:
- Which service you booked (and the team member if you had a preference).
- What was done well and what could be better.
- Whether you would return.
Keep reviews honest, respectful, and focused on the service itself. Reviews that contain personal attacks, off-topic content, or unrelated complaints may be removed by moderators.
