Tobinrin does not currently offer a reliable self-service review editing flow in the live shopper reviews experience.
If you need a review changed
If you posted something by mistake, or your experience changed significantly after the fact, use one of these options:
- Reach out to the provider first. They can often address the issue directly, especially for fresh complaints about a single visit.
- Contact Tobinrin support via the Help Center with your booking reference number. Support can remove a review that violates the community guidelines or was posted in error.
