Marketplace requests are useful when you want specialists to come to you with proposals instead of booking directly from one provider's service menu.
Go to /shopper/requests and choose Post request.
What to include
Add enough detail for specialists to decide whether they can help:
- Title and description — describe the result you want, the occasion, and any special requirements.
- Preferred start and end time — Tobinrin uses this to calculate when the request expires.
- Time zone — choose the time zone for the preferred time, especially if you are posting while travelling.
- Location — add the address, city, state, and country for physical or mobile requests.
- Budget — use a minimum and maximum when you have a range.
- Reference media — upload up to 3 images or videos to show the look, style, or problem.
Who can see the request
Specialists see your request when it matches their service categories and service coverage. For example, a braids request in Lagos is shown to eligible hair specialists who cover that area.
