How to book an appointment

Find a specialist first

Start from your dashboard, the search page, Explore, or a provider profile. Press Book to open the booking flow for that business.

The four booking steps

1. Services

   Pick one or more services from the provider's menu. Prices are shown in naira and each service shows its duration and delivery type where relevant.

2. Specialist

   Choose a specialist for the booking. If the provider offers multiple team members, you can pick a specific person instead of leaving it open to availability.

3. Select Date and Time

   Choose a date from the quick strip or the calendar popover, then select one of the available times. For home-service bookings, you may also be asked to confirm the visit address before you continue.

4. Review and Confirm

   Review the services, specialist, appointment time, and amount due. Then choose a payment method:

   • Pay with card
   • Pay in person
   • Pay for me, which creates a payment link someone else can use

   Press Confirm booking when everything looks right.

After you confirm

You will be taken to one of these next steps:

• the confirmation page for standard bookings
• the payment verification flow if a card payment needs confirmation
• the payment-link page if you chose Pay for me

After that, the appointment appears under My bookings, where you can review details, message the provider, reschedule, or cancel when allowed.
