The Subscription & Billing page shows usage alongside your plan comparison so you can see how close your business is to each allowance.
Usage cards
Usage can include limits for team members, locations, services, bookings per month, clients, request quotes, media items, WhatsApp sends, Explore submissions, active deals, and sales tax rates.
Some limits are unlimited on higher tiers. Others are fixed numbers and may block creation when the limit is reached.
Feature access
Plan features can affect whether your business can use:
- service bundles, starting-from pricing, bulk service import, and multi-day services
- deposits, card-on-file, cancellation fees, service charges, and custom payment policy scope
- staff invitations, managed staff logins, team shifts, and time off
- advanced reports and report exports
- discovery visibility, premium badges, request priority, media, Explore, and active deals
Add-ons
Available add-ons show their price, billing frequency, units per purchase, and any duration. Availability depends on your plan.
- Press Choose add-on and enter a quantity within the displayed limit.
- Review the total and billing terms. Recurring add-ons require you to agree to automatic monthly payments.
- Press Continue to checkout and complete payment. The purchase must be verified before its allowance becomes active.
The Add-on purchases table shows each purchase's amount, status, and access end date. Depending on its status, you can:
- Resume checkout for an unpaid purchase with an available payment link.
- Check status for a payment or refund still being processed.
- Cancel renewal for an automatically renewing add-on. Paid allowance remains until the end of its current period; a payment already in progress may still complete.
- Request refund for an active purchase. Eligibility is checked against usage, and refunded allowances are removed. Requesting a refund does not guarantee eligibility or immediate completion.
When usage looks wrong
Press retry or refresh the page if usage cannot be loaded. If the number still looks wrong, check the source area first. For example, review active services under Services, team members under Team, media under Media, and deals under Marketing.
