Open /service-specialist/settings/subscription-billing from Settings → Subscription & Billing.
What the page shows
The top section shows your current access and billing state:
- current plan or access grant
- current subscription charge and billing interval
- paid-through date
- next renewal or current-period end date
- online booking commission and per-booking commission cap
- pending activation, grace-period, scheduled-change, or cancellation notices when they apply
Plan states
You may see statuses such as Seed, Access active, Activation pending, Payment overdue · Grace period, Access grant, or Billing review required.
If a payment is still being verified, the page refreshes while activation is pending. Returning from checkout does not activate a plan by itself; the payment must be verified first.
Renewal payment and receipts
The page includes saved payment methods for booking and billing use, but subscription renewal authorization and invoice downloads are not self-service on this page yet. Contact Tobinrin support if you need help with renewal payment authorization or receipts.
