Open online booking settings
Go to /service-specialist/settings/scheduling?section=online-bookings.
What this section controls
The current screen lets you manage:
- Booking confirmation mode as automatic or manual
- Customer cancellation policy for whether shoppers can cancel or reschedule online
- Booking notification recipients so alerts go to admins only, the booked team member plus admins, or all team members
Why this matters
These settings shape the shopper experience before anyone on your team opens the booking:
- automatic confirmation is faster for shoppers
- manual confirmation gives you more operational control
- tighter cancellation rules reduce last-minute changes
