Business hours are per location
On Tobinrin, opening hours live on the location, not the organization. This lets you run a Monday-to-Friday clinic alongside a weekend-only pop-up on the same account. You set them from Settings → Business Details → Locations.
Open a location
Go to /service-specialist/settings/business-details/locations, pick the location you want to edit, and press Edit.
Set the weekly schedule
Scroll to the Opening hours section. For each day of the week (Monday through Sunday) you can:
- Mark the day as closed.
- Pick an opening and closing time in 5-minute increments.
- Add additional shifts on the same day — for example 9:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00 if you take a lunch break.
Save
Press save. Future online bookings will only be offered inside these windows.
Closed periods for holidays
For one-off closures like public holidays or staff retreats, use Settings → Scheduling → Closed Periods. Closed periods apply across locations and are the right tool for whole days or multi-day breaks.
Blocking a single slot
If you just need to reserve a one-off window (a dentist appointment, a delivery), block the slot directly from your calendar. Click the empty slot and choose Block time. This does not touch your opening hours and only affects new bookings in that specific window.
Online booking toggle
The master on/off switch for online bookings lives at Settings → Scheduling → Online Bookings. Turning this off stops new bookings from being accepted online entirely, regardless of your opening hours.
