Where charges and taxes are configured
Taxes and service charges are managed centrally in /service-specialist/settings/payments, not created inline inside each service.
How services use them
When you create or edit a service, you can choose the applicable:
- tax selection
- service-charge selection
That lets you reuse the same billing rules across many services without redefining them every time.
