How reviews are organized
Provider reviews now open from /service-specialist/reviews as a location-first experience.
You start by choosing a location, then drill into the reviews for that location.
What you can do today
From the review screens, you can:
- browse reviews by location
- inspect individual reviews in more detail
- flag a review for moderation
Public replies
Public review replies are not currently available in the provider reviews UI.
If you need to address a complaint, the better path today is:
- handle the service issue operationally
- message the client when appropriate
- flag content that breaks guidelines instead of arguing in public
