When to flag a review
You can flag a review as inappropriate content when it:
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks.
- Reveals private information (addresses, phone numbers, photos without consent).
- Is clearly fake or written by someone who never booked you.
- Mentions an unrelated service or business.
You cannot flag a review simply because it's critical or you disagree with it. Reply publicly instead — see responding to reviews.
Open the review
From /service-specialist/reviews, find the review.
Press Flag
Press the Flag action on the review and add a short description of what's wrong.
Wait for moderation
The flag is sent to Tobinrin's moderation team and admins are notified. You'll get an in-app notification with the outcome. If you flag the same review twice, the second flag is ignored.
