Where earnings live
Tobinrin's reporting hub is at /service-specialist/reports. You will find every report grouped into five categories — Sales, Appointments, Finance, Team, and Clients — with a search bar at the top and a favourites shelf to pin the reports you use most.
Reports that show earnings
For tracking what you have earned, the most useful reports sit under Sales and Finance:
- Sales Summary — total sales, refunds, and net revenue across a date range.
- Daily Sales — day-by-day breakdown for granular analysis.
- Sales by Service — revenue per service.
- Sales by Team Member — revenue attributed to each staff member.
- Sales by Location — comparison across your locations.

Filtering and date ranges
Inside a report, pick a date range from the controls at the top. Reports re-run as you change the range and show both a chart and a table where available. Sales are displayed in ₦.
Favouriting reports
Tap the star on any report card to add it to your personal favourites. Favourites are stored in your browser's local storage, so they stay consistent across sessions on the same device.
Payouts vs. earnings
Earnings and payouts are related but not identical:
- Earnings are what you have sold in Tobinrin — the headline numbers in these reports.
- Payouts are what Paystack moves into your bank account after fees, refunds, and any holds. You configure the destination account at Settings → Payments → Link Bank Accounts. See setting up payouts.
Plan access
Some report depth and exports depend on your subscription tier. If a report or export is locked, check Subscription & Billing to review the plan comparison and usage.
