Setting up payouts

Link your bank account

Tobinrin payouts run through Paystack and land in a Nigerian bank account in your organization's name. You link the account under Settings → Payments → Link Bank Accounts.

1. Open Payments settings

   Go to /service-specialist/settings/payments and select Link Bank Accounts from the left-hand setup menu.

2. Pass the two-factor gate

   This section is gated behind two-factor authentication. If you have not enabled 2FA on your account yet, you will be prompted to set it up before you can add or edit banking details.

3. Pick your bank

   Choose your bank from the dropdown. Tobinrin fetches the current Paystack-supported Nigerian bank list dynamically, so it is always up to date.

4. Enter the account number

   Type your 10-digit NUBAN account number. Tobinrin validates the account with Paystack and confirms the account holder name before saving.

5. Save

   Press save. The account appears under Bank Accounts on the same page.

Editing or removing an account

You can edit or remove a saved account from the same section whenever you need to update the banking details on file.

Currency and supported banks

Only Nigerian Naira (₦) payouts to Nigerian banks are supported today. International accounts and non-NGN currencies are not on the platform.
