Opening a client profile
From /service-specialist/clients, click any client to open their profile. The profile is organised into four tabs that stay in the URL as you navigate.
The four tabs
- Overview โ headline numbers and recent activity. Totals are shown in โฆ using your organization currency.
- Appointments โ every past and upcoming booking for this client, with service, team member, date, and status.
- Sales โ every payment made against those bookings, including deposits, full charges, and refunds. Useful for reconciling a repeat visit.
- Client Details โ editable profile fields (name, phone, email, address, interests, notes). See managing clients for how to edit them.
Using history day-to-day
Before a returning visit, open the client's Appointments tab to check what they booked last time and which team member delivered it. Then scan Overview for any notes added after the previous session. This keeps regulars feeling remembered.
Cross-linking to the calendar and messages
From any appointment row on the Appointments tab, you can open it directly on your calendar. From the profile header, the Message Client shortcut takes you into the client's conversation in Messages so you can confirm details before they arrive.
That shortcut is only available when the client has a Tobinrin account and at least one appointment. For walk-ins or manually added clients without an account, messaging stays disabled until they are linked to a real booking history.
