Rating guidelines

How to write a fair, useful review that helps other shoppers.

What makes a helpful review

Other shoppers rely on your rating and comment to decide whether to book. A helpful review is specific, balanced, and focused on your actual experience.

  • Be specific — mention the service you booked, what went well, and what could be better.
  • Be fair — one bad experience is not the same as a failing business. Think about whether the issue was one-off or systemic.
  • Avoid personal details — don't share anyone's full name, phone number, or address.
  • Stick to the experience — reviews are not the place for unrelated complaints.

Star ratings at a glance

  • 5 stars — outstanding, would recommend without hesitation.
  • 4 stars — very good, minor things to note.
  • 3 stars — average, did the job but nothing memorable.
  • 2 stars — disappointing, several things went wrong.
  • 1 star — bad experience, would not return.
