What you can do on a provider profile
A provider profile is where you move from discovery into decision-making.
From the profile page you can:
- browse services by category
- view gallery photos in a fullscreen viewer
- read reviews
- favourite the provider
- share the profile
- open similar providers
- start booking from the business generally or from a specific service
- check opening times and get directions when location coordinates are available
- report the provider, a service, or a review if something should be reviewed
Service-level booking
If you already know which service you want, starting the booking flow from that service carries it into the booking page for you.
That saves time and reduces the risk of choosing the wrong item later.
