Open the library
Go to /service-specialist/media-library and hover any media item to reveal the available actions.
What you can edit
For each media item, the edit modal can update:
- title
- alt text
- description
- whether the item is featured on Explore
For videos, you can also manage the thumbnail by:
- uploading a new image
- choosing an image from the existing library
- removing the current thumbnail
Deleting media
Media can be deleted directly from the grid. If the item is used in another part of your business profile, removing it from the library also removes it from those surfaces.
