Go to /service-specialist/marketing/deals/new or open Marketing and press Add deal.
What to choose
Pick the deal type
Choose Promotion, Flash sale, or Last-minute offer. Promotions require a discount code with at least three characters, using letters, numbers, hyphens, or underscores. Enable Point of Sale if your team should also be able to apply the code to walk-in sales. Flash sales and last-minute offers are applied from their rules.
Name and describe the deal
Use a clear name your team will recognise, then add an optional description for the purpose or audience.
Set the discount
Choose a percentage or fixed naira amount. For fixed amounts, Tobinrin formats the value as you type.
Choose the active window
Set when the deal starts and, if needed, when it ends. Scheduled deals are visible to you before customers can use them.
Scope the campaign
Limit the deal to all or selected services, locations, team members, customers, and delivery modes.
Add controls
Use one-use-per-client, total-use limits, minimum spend, maximum discount per booking, campaign budgets, appointment dates, appointment times, or appointment weekdays to keep the campaign precise.
Review and create
Review the campaign summary and choose Active or Inactive status. The form defaults to Active, so choose Inactive if you are not ready for customers to use the deal. Press Create deal to save it. An active deal with a future start date remains scheduled until that date.
Customer eligibility
The form can target all customers, first-time customers, returning customers, invite-only customers, referral-only customers, or specific clients.
Campaign summary
The summary panel estimates who is eligible, which services and locations are included, the redemption limits, coverage rules, and possible discount exposure. Review it before saving so the deal matches your intent.
