Open My Profile
Go to /service-specialist/my-profile.
This is your personal user profile, not your business storefront. Use it to manage the details attached to your own account.
What you can update
The page lets you switch between VIEW PROFILE and EDIT PROFILE.
From there you can update:
- your avatar
- first and last name
- gender and date of birth
- personal bio
- interests, with up to 5 selected
- phone number
- email address
- address
Phone and email changes
Changing your phone number triggers a 6-digit verification code before the rest of the profile is saved.
Changing your email address can trigger a verification message to the new address, so the update may not be fully complete until you confirm it from your inbox.
Public versus private details
The editor separates your details into:
- Personal Details, which shape your personal profile
- Contact Details, which stay private to your account
That means fields like phone number, email, and address are managed here without becoming your public business profile content.
