Current support
Tobinrin messaging supports text plus file attachments from the paperclip button in the message composer.
You can attach up to 10 files to one message.
Supported files
The file picker accepts:
- images: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and AVIF
- documents: PDF
- videos: MP4, QuickTime, and WebM
Images and PDFs can be up to 10MB each. Videos can be up to 50MB each.
Sending an attachment
Open a conversation
Go to Messages or open a booking from My bookings and choose the message action.
Press Attach file
Use the paperclip button in the composer and choose one or more supported files.
Wait for Ready
Tobinrin uploads each file before sending. The attachment chip shows Uploading..., Ready, or an error if the file is too large or cannot upload.
Send
Write a message if you want context, then press Send. You can also send a message that contains only ready attachments.
Viewing files
Images appear as previews in the message thread, videos play inline with controls, and PDFs or other accepted files appear as downloadable file cards.
