Before you delete
Deleting your account removes your active presence from Tobinrin and starts a deletion process rather than immediately erasing everything on the spot.
How deletion works now
From /shopper/settings, open Delete Account and confirm the destructive action.
You can also leave an optional reason for why you are leaving.
What happens after confirmation
The current flow explains that deletion will:
- deactivate your account immediately
- cancel pending appointments
- remove your profile from search results
- permanently delete your data after 30 days
